Air Cooler Heat Exchanger
Description
The cabinet is made of aluminum sheet metal parts. The material is AlMg3 that is a corrosion resistant alloy of aluminum.
The heat exchanger core is using advanced patented technology design, it has good heat transfer performance and small wind resistance and using aluminum foil with special surface treatment as heat exchange medium.
Fans
The fans used are both 48VDC powered 225mm centrifugal fan. At full speed they consume approx 180W total
Mounting
The heat exchanger unit is designed to be fixed to the inside of a cabinet door using 4 long M8 screws.
