After welding, heat treatment(stress removal annealing) shall be executed prior to sandblasting, primer or maching. After holding for a certain amount of time at a specific arrange of tempeture, the furnace starts cooling.

Tempeture/Hold Time as customer's specification.
Furnace heating velocity: 70-130°C/H
Furnace natural cooling velocity: 70°C/H
Furnace dimension: 16m x 6m x 6m (volumn: 576 m3)
