Wesslerfoils range from metallized gold, silver, and metallic colors;multi-color pigments (flat, semi-gloss and gloss); wood grain, marble,chrome, leather look effects; to brushed, clear, pearlescent, and holographic finishes.

Metallic Foil
Our metallic foils are available in metallic bright gloss and satin finishes. Metallic silver and gold are the most popular colors, but other colors including gloss green, red, pink, and blue are also available.

Holographic Foil
Wessler holographic foils turn any flat image into eye-catching, attractive rendition that sparkles. Use them on cosmetic packaging, cigarette wrappers, greeting cards, brochures and leaflets, or wedding and invitation cards.

Available in BRP, BRV, PTX, and FTX grades, our holographic foils offer metallized and high gloss styles for optimum brightness and sparkles. Custom shades and patterns are also available, thanks to our in-house holographic embossing facility.

Pigment & Pearl Foil

Available in PTX, FTX, BRV, and BRP grades, Wessler pigment and pearl foils are used to achieve a wide range of purposes, primarily:

    * To enhance the artistic aspect of greeting cards, wedding cards, etc.
    * To increase the appearance of labels and packaging.
    * To turn stamping images softer and more natural.

Multi-color Foil    
Multi-color Foil (Special-Effect Foil)
Our multi-color foil product line offers wood grain finishes such as beech, oak, and cherry, as well as marble, lining, patterned metallic, and dot. Custom color and pattern are available upon request.

Available in BRV, BRP, FTX, and PTX grades, Wessler multi-color foils are widely used on plastic or wooden picture frame; wooden base products like MDF, and particle board.
Applications

A. Graphic Art Foil
Our graphic art foils are geared toward fulfilling market demand for more varieties in greeting cards, invitation cards, business cards, labels, and packaging, as well as commercial printing, trade finishing, and publishing.

1. BRP Series
      BRP series foils are commonly used for greeting cards and cigarettes, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical products packaging, applied on ordinary paper (coated and uncoated), embossed paper and board (printed and unprinted), and water based varnished paper and board.

Features:
          * Good results with medium and large coverage stamping area.
          * Very good adhesion on rough surfaces.
          * Soft and medium releases.
          * Fine definition: 35 scale.
          * Colors: Any colors from gloss, matte, multi colors, pigment, pearl, to holographic
            design.
          * Temperature range: 110ºC130ºC
          * Carrier: PET 12 micron, gloss.
          * Machine and die types: Vertical, clam shell, roll on/ metal die.
          * Pressure: 4 kg/ cm2.
          * Stamping speed: 0.5 seconds.

2. BRV Series
BRV series foils are commonly used for greeting cards, labels, and cigarettes, cosmetics, and pharmaceutical products packaging, applied on ordinary paper (coated and uncoated), laminated paper and board (OPP, PET and PVC) (printed and unprinted), and water based varnished paper and board.

Features:
          * Good results with fine and medium coverage stamping area.
          * Very good adhesion on rough surfaces.
          * Soft and medium releases.
          * Fine definition: 46 scale.
          * Colors: Any colors from gloss, matte, multi colors, pigment, pearl, to holographic
             design.
          * Temperature range: 110ºC 130ºC
          * Carrier: PET 12 micron, gloss.
          * Machine and die types: Vertical, clam shell, roll on/ metal die.
          * Pressure: 4 kg/ cm2.
          * Stamping speed: 0.5 seconds.

B. Plastic Foil (PTX Series)
PTX series foils are commonly used to cover plastic products including PVC cards, plastic bottle packaging, pencil, pens, wall clock, as well as for other purposes in plastic molding industry. They are applied on laminated paper and board, and plastic (PS, ABS, OPP, PVC, PET and PP).

Our plastic foils are available in metallic gloss silver and gold, color, multi color, and special effect and hologram diffraction foils.

Features:
    * Good results with fine and medium coverage stamping area.
    * Very good adhesion on plastic materials.
    * Medium and hard releases.
    * Fine definition: 35 scale.
    * Colors: Any colors from gloss, matte, multi colors, pigment, pearl, to holographic design.
    * Temperature range: 110ºC150ºC
    * Carrier: PET 12 micron, gloss.
    * Machine and die types: Vertical, clam shell, roll on/ metal die.
    * Pressure: 4 kg/ cm2.
    * Stamping speed: 0.5 seconds.
