1, unique unitized design

It had a unique unitized design, various functional sections, such as mixing section, filter, radiator, heating section, humidification, muffler, and fans, are made independently and assembled according to different operating requirements, meeting the requirements from general comfort air-conditioning to Process air-conditioning in hospital's operating rooms with high requirements and IC clean rooms.

The height and width can be chosen flexibly to suit unit outside measurement that field condition requires.

Parts and components can be sent to construction site and assemble on the spot.

2reasonable frame construction, durable product, fine heat-insulating property

It adopts enhanced aluminum alloy frame construction, connect firm whole with high strength corner fittings. Meanwhile, it is equipped with reasonable middle brace to distribute stress well, proving unit ametabolic under heavy pressure. 

The case panel is Double-wall structure with inner galvanized steel sheet, outer colored composite plate. In the middle adopts the 3050mm T Fluorine-free polyurethane as heat insulator with small coefficient of heat conductivity and fine waterproof and heat insulation efficient.

Meanwhile, the wainscot internal design includes Enhanced Structure, making the unit firmer and more durable.

heat insulation protection is used between aluminum alloy plane and frame, eliminating cold bridge completely and declining rate of air leakage, fining the stopping property.

 The whole structure is novel and special, with strong rigidity, light weight, and convenient dismounting.
