USAGE:

This drying oven is mainly used in the drying or heating of painting components or other machine parts. The rated temperature is 200 centigrade and 300 centigrade.

CHARACTORISTIC:

1. The drying oven is equipped with over-temperature alarming system.

When temperature anomaly, this device will give a sounding and light

alarm and cut off the heating power supply automatically.

2. In the bottom of the oven, there are tracks, on which the trolley feeding

and catching automatically by motor driven. The driven parts has been

isolated with the forehearth to ensure a long working life.

3. The drying oven has eliminated the most dangerous source of explosion by the secure electric heater with low surface loading rate.

4. The cabinet is equipped with explosion-proof switch. In an accident, it can release the pressure so as to guarantee the personal safety of the operator.

5. The full circular air changing way and novel hot air circulating system enable good temperature uniformity in the whole heating process.

6. The forehearth is made by heat-resisting steel plates, which has guaranteed the durable in use.
