Principle:

When the pressure regulation, measurement and safety cut-off system (1) of gas mains are at work, the automatic control system for burner will start to run: Auto controller for burner (14) starts and gas magnetic valve (3 and 4) opens; at the same time, the ignition transformer (14) switches on and an ignition spark is produced at the orifice of burner (7). At this moment, air butterfly valve (12) is ready for ignition, appropriate amount of air flows to burner (7). The outlet pressure can be proportional regulated by pressure pipe of gas/fuel proportional valve (4). The opening of electric butterfly valve will increase continuously with the increase of heat loading, while the gas outlet pressure will be improved by the pressure pipe of air/gas proportional valve(4) due to the higher combustion air pressure. The maximum flow of gas/air can be regulated by manual gas/air regulation cock.
