Black skin continual annealing furnace

1. Production introduction

    Roller, installed at the bottom of the furnace, is cooled by circulatory water. Materials will be cooled by water for annealing at the discharge hole. In order to lower the coal consumption, enhance the speed of temperature elevation, smoke heat interchanger is added into smoke road, so as to better take advantage of the afterheat of waste gas to heats up combustion air.

2. Design

    Design the annealing furnace structure according to customer special requirement and the work piece size, and choice corresponding gas generator to work with.

3. Characteristics

    Reasonable structure, long service life. Energy conservation, environmental protection, ease of operation.

4. Use

    Mainly used for the annealing of stainless steel strip.
