Introduction of products
We produce LED street light, LED industrial light, LED tunnel light and LED garden light. All the lights are modular design. They are developed by Fudan University, the well-known university in the field of LED lighting application in China. By the collaboration with the university, we got 8 patents for the modular lights.
All modules in lights are IP67, and can be replaced by customer if field with simple tools if it fails.
Currently,commercial LED industrial lights are mostly integrally-designed, which means all components including LEDs, optical parts, PCBs and so on, are sealed completely in an outer shell to keep them waterproof and dustproof. The short of the design is obviously, how to repair the LED industrial light if some of components fail in its lifetime? Should we move the LED industrial light to the factory and repair it with big trouble? What will we do after its lifetime? How to upgrade the LED industrial light when LED’s efficacy increasing? The shorts make LED industrial light not competitive to HPS industrial light.
Great different from LED industrial light above, the modular LED industrial light is made of LED light engines, an driver module and outer fixture. The LED light engine has built-in optics designed for desired light distribution and built-in heat sink, all the LED light engines and driver module are IP67 designed. Therefore, the fixture serves only for holding the modules, installing and decoration. This unique construct makes the LED industrial light flexible, easy maintenance in fields and upgradable in future.
