1) General Description

EM-316 is copolymer of polyurethane and acrylat. It is suitable for coating synthetic fibre, cellulosic fibre and blend fabric

4)Usage

Process flowchart

Original fabric→Water resistance→Calendering→Primary coat→top-coat→Top-coat Baking 160-170°C

According to coating requirement, add certain cross linking agent and functionality agent.

Please adjust techniques according to practical situation. 

5)Package & Sorage

50Kg or 125Kg per plastic barrel. Store in sealed container

Guarantee period 6 month at normal temperatures
