High Safety

Voltage-current limiting circuit is designed to be dual, which greatly increases the safety and reliability of 

the system.The transformer of intrinsic-safety circuit is separated from that of non-intrinsic-safety circuit. 

They have no direct connection. Isolation resistance to pressure is as high as 1500Vrms.The fuse has 

the ability of high speed and disjunction which achieves the current of 1500A when the voltage is 250VAC.

 It accords with the national standard of the latest intrinsic-safety circuit.Power transformer and signal

 transformer are encapsulated. So it can eliminate the possibility of elastic joint and then further improve 

the reliability and safety of the product.

 

Reliability

 The product uses semiconductor devices of high quality brand, adopts automatic SMT patch craft manufacturing, 

and employs modern test-equipment like computers to test products so as to ensure the quality of the 

products.The design of the circuit is fully optimized according to the national electromagnetic-compatibility

 standard.Every product has high temperature and aging treatment before leaving the factory.

 

 Working Principle

The standard current-input/output repeated Zener safety barrier is a modular card loading intrinsic-safe 

explosion-proof instrument. It restricts dangerous energy from intrinsic safety terminal entering into

 dangerous places and transform the 420mADC signal into 4-20mADC or 1-5VDC signal. What makes

 it different from other zener safety barrier is that it can resume to normal work automatically after the 

dangerous energy disappears.
