Centrifugal ductile iron pipes are ideal for the water and gas supply pipelines of municipal administrations, industrial and mining enterprises and cities, featuring high strength, good flexibility, corrosion resistance and easy installation. With the nature of iron and performances of steel, it is the replacement of traditional cast iron pipes and common steel pipes. The company annually produces more than 200,000t ductile iron pipes with specifications from DN80 to DN1600mm.

(1) The standard:ISO2531-1998,EN545-2006/EN598,Class:K9,K10,K11,K12;

(2) Effective length:6M for bulk shipment, 5.7M for 20' or 40' container shipment;

(3) Inner surface cement lining according to ISO4179 and outer surface zinc+bitumen coating according to ISO8179;

(4) Zinc coating:at least 130g/m2 as per ISO8179;

(5) Size rang DN80-DN1600mm for main and branch pipeline.

(6) T type joint for easy connection.

(7) High strength,lighter than gray iron,good corrosion resistance,small flow resistance,easy fixing,long life time;

(8) Checked by automatic inspection equipment.
