Order Tracking

Once you placed order with us, one of our stuff will track your order, let you know the newest process until you have received it. Your request will be replied within 24 hours.

Samples

Sample production takes 12 days, we charge tooling cost USD10-20 per design, 1 or 2 samples per design. Tooling cost will be refunded when order is confirmed. Additional sample price is 3 times of order unit price.

Packing

1pc or pair per poly bag with paperboard, 12pcs or pairs into 1 poly bag. Custom packaging is available at an additional charge.

Delivery

30 days after confirmation of order and deposit received. 

Quality Guarantee and Return Policies

Defective goods may be returned or refunded within 3 months after shipment.

Custom-made item

Custom made items are most welcome. Counter samples charge is US$50-100 which will be refunded when order is confirmed.
