TZJ SUPER-M series of modified kaolin is produced by surface coating of the calcined kaolin particles with different couplers such as silanes and stearic acid. This modified kaolin improves compatibility and performance with in a number of systems according to the different applications within the rubber, cable and plastic sectors with applications ranging from polyamide systems to peroxide curing systems. 

TZJ SUPER-M-1 is cost effective, high brightness, stearic acid surface treated clay for usage in rubber as a particle thermal black replacement. It has been specifically developed for use in maintained both at high working temperatures and under wet conditions for the working life of the cable. In production of cable, it can make the injection smoother and improve the flexibility, tensile strength, tearing strength and elongation at break.
