Tips on use :

Chrome-plated parts or ones with other finishes are to be cleaned with mild soap and water only, using a sponge or soft colth. To clean the aerator, use only a liquid lime-removal product.

 

Warranty :

Our tap and fittings are guaranteed for five years from their installation (valid from purchase date). The warranty applies to all manufacturing defects. Application of the warranty stipulates that the warranty has been filled in correctly. The warranty on taps and fittings with finishes and/or parts that are not chrome-plated is limited to two years.

The manufacturer is not liable for the following:

Other fittings: cold/hot water hoses and mounting hardware Installation not conforming to the conditions of assembly or use (lubrication, seal replacement)Use of inappropriate cleaning products (corrosives, abrasives, solvents, detergents, acids, etc.)Breakage or impact during installation or useAccidental damage due to the presence of foreign matter in pipes (sand, lime, etc.)Damage due to freezing pipes
