  The core board: solid wood or MDF

  Thickness:15-30mm

pressure line/milling line.

4) Quality Requirements:

a) Clear products with finger joint and laminated

b) Moisture Content: 10%-12%

c) Primer: Prime after Gesso or with water/oil base primer directly

d) Dimension tolerance: must be strictly control within customer s requirements

e) Not allow any defects on the surface such as machine marks, color difference, knots oiling etc..
f) Finishing: flat, smooth and clean surface
