OLLE Ceramic knives are made from an enhanced ceramic called zirconium oxide, which is the second hardest material only to diamond.


Care Instructions

l        Always use with a wood or plastic chopping board. Avoid stone, marble glass or tile chopping boards.

l        Ideal for vegetables, fruit and boneless meats

l        Avoid dropping the knife on hard surfaces.

l        Do not turn the blade on its side to smash garlic or other items.

l        Hand wash with water or detergent; do not put in the dishwasher.

l        Store in a knife block, sheath or tray

l        For discolourations clean the blade only in a mild bleach solution.

l        Avoid cutting frozen foods or bones

l        Do not try to sharpen with a conventional knife sharpener.

l        Do not twist the knife during the cutting process

l        Avoid placing objects on top of the blade as this can cause it to break and chip.

l        Please remember the blade is ceramic so it will be prone to small chips.

l        We recommend the use of the knife shield when washing and storing your knife to help prevent accidental damage.
