operating principle

In the planish process, the laser emitter give light beams which can swirling 360°. The plane surface made by the swirling light is the datum plane. According to the altitude difference between the hight of datum plane and the laser receiver that made by the the oporator, the controller can contorl the process. After dealing with the altitude difference information, it will send electrical signal to control hydraumatic regulator valve to adjust the hight of scraper blade automatically, and then keep with the datum mark.

 

The core of the system is a digital controller. The rotary laser emitter installed far emits rotary beam, and then a level or sloping optical datum plane comes into being on the job site. The laser receiver detects height difference between the ground and the datum plane at any moment; According to the data of laser receiver, the digital controller operates, outputs control signals, controls the opening and direction of hydraulic valves, adjusts the height of blades by working cylinder, and ultimately the surface of the earth which parallels the laser plane is produced. The most commonly used method is to level the ground in order to make the land easy to be irrigated in a water saving way.

As the system fully uses the digital technology from laser detection to hydraulic control, to the greatest degree, it can increase the working accuracy and efficiency. Therefore, the digital controller is an indispensable devise in precision agriculture.
