Performance and characteristics
- We adopt the electro-mechanical integral design with the attractive outline and convenient operation.
- We apply super high precision bearings, front double-row roller bearing, rear angular contact bearing for main axle of the machine tool in order to guarantee high rigidity and persistent accuracy retaining ability of main axles.
- The machine tool guide-ways use wear-resistant cast iron to implement secondary ageing and ultrasonic frequency quenching so as to enhance the smoothness of the machine tool movement.
- We use high precision ball screw assembly produced by Hanjiang Screw Factory for X and Z directional screws so as to increase the drive stability.
- The machine tool uses spring clamper and three-jaw chuck for the users to choose according to their specific requirements.
Application range
