FX-2025 automatic surface lathe

Main shaft of the cnc lathe machine is sleeve style,which is supported by two sets of high-accurate bearing,easy maintenance and replacement.In strong rigidity,it keeps accuracy and sability for long.

Oil feeding system is installed on main shaft,dual-rail shaft and driving pinion gear,which is enfored system can increase lubricaion on barts and keep long life use for long operation.

In order to be conveniently used, micro-adjusting screws are insealled on NO.1 and No.5 for adjustment of parallelism and obliquity.

Oil flushing system is installed on cam device,which can keep use life of cam and clean from machined attachment.The design is two-part can be taken off and keep another side for   using.

Besides,there is hexagon spanner seat which can prevent the spanner from loss.

Machine Maintenance Chapter

1.Principal Axis Section:Machine should be cleaned every-day accompanishing its job, Iron

filings attached on the Principal Axis should be blew off using the air-gun,when blowing

iron filings, must be perpendicular comapring with the Axis,which prevent iron filings

blowing into inner Principal Axis,further shortening worklife of Principal Axis. ATTENTION!

2.Chuck Section:Machine should be cleaned every-day accompanishing its job, making iron

filings attached on Chuck(Inner Bore)cleaned by air-gun , then adding lubricating oil

appropriate.

3.Slide Rail Section:Inject located by the right side for the machine , must pull it for three or four times everyday,to enhance slide rail better lubricating ,Oil slide in the Inject's inner oil chamber should be added new oil slide after using exhausted , Afore adding new oil slide, keep vent valve 's back off opening up , that is for absolute cleaning inner storing fee-oil , then adding new oil slide ,for the specification is 'Mobi11405'.

4.Leather Belt Section:Wiping the leather-belt by cleaning cloth every two or three days , which prevent the belt pasting iron filings ,leading the influence for the Principal Axis' normal revolve,and worklife of the convey of wheel.

5.Electronic Control Section:Make sure the Electronic Control Box being closed in the

working hours , preventing the dust coming in ,again installing the flushing device need to

be high attentioned.for the coolant oil pouring into the Box inside.

6.Except point to the above-mentioned Cleaning and Maintenance , Adding anti-rust oil for

all parts of Machine after ever-day cleaned, Done it thorough-going of dealing with matter

for the anti-rust .which can extend worklife for the Machine.
