Machine tool performance
The machine is equipped with a CNC system, the main spindles by VFNC variable frequency spindle motor(5.5kw) and FUJI frenquency convertor,therefore,30-3000r/min stepless speed regulation can be realized. X axis and Z axis are driven by AC servo motor to realize high speed um level control. The tool frame is designed of 4 position, four tool axis are driven here and anyone of these tools can be selected manually or automatically for cutting machining, It can automatically complete the cutting of inner or outer ring, slot cutting, conic surface,cylinder and conic threads for parts of shafts or cheeks, at the same time, it can complete the work drilling,expanding and reaming a hole. Anyway, it is an ideal CNC lathe.
