Description:

X/Z direction driving device
High precision linear guideway and ball bearing, cooperating with all chains that can be loaded, have realized the dynamic specialty with high speed and high precision.
Lubrication
Lathe has stationed periodic constant lubrication device which will lubricate to the ball bearing and guideway constantly, so it can prolong the lifespan of lathe.
Control
Powerful control system combined with mechanical and hydraulic pressure, has improved the reliability, security and operation of the whole lathe.
Safety guard and Coolant
Full enclosure splash guard is much perfect automatic cooling device and centralized chip conveyor can greatly improve efficiency and lifespan of lathe.
Rigid spindle construction
Main spindle is supported at 2 points, front is supported with super precision double row cylindrical roller bearing and high speed angular ball bearing and rear is pported  with super precision double row cylindrical roller bearing. Suit for heavy-duty and super cutting
45~ slant bed
Casting in one-piece,45~ incline of guideway, cylindraceous scaleboard, realizes high rigidity and good stability.
Tailstock
Separate construction of tailstock body is easy for adjusting. Rotary type spindle inside. Quill and tailstock body advance/retract and clamping/unclamping are done by hydraulic power which can be programmed by Mc commands to save set-up time.
Turret
Imported turret has high rigidity, good stability and high positioning accuracy.
