Aluminum housing and soft closed strip can protect the linear scale, scanning unit and guide from the effect of dust, cuttings and cutting

fluid.the movement guide of scanning unit has a very small friction force, guide is built-in on the linear scale,it uses a coupling to connect

with outside support, this coupling can compensate the unavoidable errors between linear scale and machine guide.

The structure of closed-type linear scale has standard-type housing (DLS-W) which is used in high-vibration frequency environment

and maximun length of 3 meters.

There still has slim linear scale (DLS-S) to suitable some special machine tool which has a small installment space.

Maximum measuring length of DSL-M series is 300mm.
