Our company has 300 employees, including 12 technicians and 35 administrative staff members. We have domestic advanced production lines for crawfish raw material screening, sorting, cooking and cooling. With the acquisition of advanced production and testing equipment, such as plate type instant freezers, boilers, metal detectors, etc., we are able to produce 1800 tons of finished crawfish per year.
