Brief Introduction Bucking Machine

The petroleum casing coupling torque machine produced specially used for screwing the connections on or off.  Casing coupling screw on-off machine is consisted of the six parts:Driving clamp system, Backup clamp system, Hydraulic system, Pneumatic system,Manipulating platform and frame base.

Driving clamp system is used to screw on and tighten or screw off the casing and tubing coupling.Backup clamp is used to tighten casing and tubing body.Driving clamp isdriven by hydraulic motor.Backup clamp is driven by pneumatic cylinder to clamp and move.The screw torque vqlie is output by tension sensor,it’s displaying and controlling by the computer of the manipulating platform.

This machine adopts PLC control system. The advanced torque control system can measure,display,record and control the screwing torque and circles, ensure the best screwing torque and keep it according to API standard avoiding pipe damage caused by over torque. Realizing all automatic screwing on and off, the process is displayed and report printed by computer after collecting and storing.
