The single-station vacuum forming machine is special designed for production of inner liner of door and cabinet of refrigerator ,the machine is taken into account the multi-style and changing style fast of many small and medium size enterprises and parts mating enterprises ,so it is more economical than multi-station forming machine line. This machine with advantages as follows: the configuration is small and compact, and easy to operate, can used for manufacturing large size sheet, the control system including the PLC of SIEMENS, touchable screen to directly setting parameters and the intelligent calculation device to control temperature accurately, the above function can control the temperature of heating area point to point, so the human-computer interface is very friendly. in addition the proportional valve in pneumatic system help to controll the speed of blowing and demoulding more precisely and effectively.
