 Ground control unit with pressurized operation device can make use of hydraulic source of ground operation vehicles, or set up a separate hydraulic source, so it is diviced into simple pressure balanced hydraulic control console and standards pressure balanced hydraulic control console. Simple hydraulic control console is palaced in operation vehicle, and standard hydraulic control console is stand-alone style.

Lifting control part if fule tank: to start oil pump in well site so that hydraulic oil enters into change valve, at this time change handle(34SF-06)on hydraulic control box will move to falling position hydraulic oil flows out of the valve and into hydro cylinder rise, change valve handle will move to rising position, so that hydrulic oil goes through hydraulic one-way valve into lower cavity of hydro cylinder to lift it.
