      This machine is mainly used for tubing and casing hydraulic testing, oil pipe and steel tube produce factories. It adopts radial big clearance sealing structure to test the steel tube, the whole process is controlled and tested by industry computer and PLC, has features of high automatic, quick pressure testing, operation easily and safety.

   Technological process

    Washing, testing and water-discharging working synchronously. Pipe loading——washing——put the pipe to the pipe rack——pipe loading to the testeing center——clamping——water suppling head and air exhausting head go forwards to sealing position——radial pre-sealing——water suppling and air exhausting——close the water suppling and air exhausting valves——pressure setting——testing and recording——unloading and the water suppling head and air exhausting head go backwards——releasing the pipe——material unloading alarm for rejected pipe.
