Specifications
1. The granulating disc is in the shape of circular arc and its granulating ratio is up to 93%.
2. It has three discharging holes which are convenient for intermittent production, thus can greatly reduce the labor intensity and improve working efficiency.
3. Driven by flexible belt, the retarder and motor start smooth, which decrease the impulse force and increase the life-span of the equipment
4. The granulating disk was strengthened by many steel-plates, it’s stable and durable and will never become deformed.
5. The base is thickened and weighted, it’s solid and doesn’t need to be fixed by stone bolts.
6. The main gears of the granulating machine is hardened by high frequency quenching and it’s service lifespan is twice as long as the unhardened ones.
7. The inside lining of the granulating disc adopts high strength FRP(Fiber Reinforced Plastics) which is preservative and durable.
