GZX-160 Fully automatic screw-cap machine

GZX-160  fully automatic screw- cap machine consists of automatic cap sorting machine, chute, cap rotating mechanism, bottle clamping mechanism, cap stabilizing mechanism, electrical control, and air conduit.

The machine is controlled by DC servo motor and is suitable for high speed production of pesticide, foodstuff and chemicals.

Features:

DC Servo Cap Rotating System: Three rare earth permanent magnet DC servo motor drive cap rotating device, bottle clamping device and cap sorting device, respectively. Each DC motor is equipped with DC motor controller (panel), on which the knobs allow stepless speed regulation. High speed, fine stability. Low speed and large torque, stable and reliable, assure excellent performance even in extreme conditions of sharp load fluctuations.

Linear Bottle Admission Device: Linear admission of bottle solves the traditional problem of mould replacement resulting from rotary bottle admission, providing high stability and universality.

Cap Rotating Device: It is suitable for a variety of bottles and caps and does not need change of parts for different types of product. Meanwhile, the device also applies to bottle caps of various materials and shapes, such as safety cap, anti-burglary cap etc.

Cap Sorting Device: The cap sorting device driven by DC servo motor is made from clean PVC that alleviates damage to bottle cap by the frame and ensures hygiene and cleanness of cap. High level of automation, wide scope of application.
