    It is a special device to paste lead paste on plate of automobile strat-up battery.Paste filling,plate pressing and acid pouring could be effected automatically.It could be easily operated with reasonable structure,high productivity and convenient maintenance.

  60~100 big grids per minute of small-sized VRLA battery (one big grid is composed of 6~9 small grids)

   Suitable grid dimension: 240~360mm (L) ×106~150mm (W) thickness: 1.1~2.4mm of medium-sized VRLA battery or car battery 1.5~2.5mm of small-sized VRLA battery
