Multipolar permanent magnet is  one component of accelerator.  Per application  of 

Loren magnetic principle, the electron accelerator focuses, accelerates and alters the 

moving directions of low-speed and scattered electrons shot from the electron  gun.

Thus, the electron beam travels in an effective movement direction so that it replaces 

the electromagnetic accelerator whose polarization is not stable because of instable 

current, voltage.The quadruple permanent magnet ensures the stability of polarization.
