Configuration

1) Every two suction pads are installed on the two sides of the cross beams, each cross beam is moveable on the main beam, and each suction pad is also moveable on the cross beam, which can ensure a same equipment can handle different dimensions board.

2) Manual valve is connected to suction cup separately and the operator can shut off individual suction cup according to the dimension of workpiece. This function is also useful for the self-check of vacuum reservoir.

3) The suction pads and the cross beams are connected by spring cushion, if the aluminum board surface is uneven or the suction pads are not in the same level, which can ensure each suction pad can still grip workpiece the surface very well.

4) The vacuum lifter is equipped with a buzzer and warning light units, in case of a power failure or vacuum leakage, an optical and an acoustic signal goes off immediately to warn the operator to do emergency operation.  

A crane with hoist the lift capacity of above 1000kgs shall be needed to hang the equipment.
