    It is the part used to support belt and material loaded on the belt conveyor. There are two types accordance to its shape: standard type and pitch type. The pitch type can be fit on all the line, and it has belt adjust fuction. 

Roller inner structure and material:
(a) Shaft: Bright drawn steel to required bearing tolerance
(b) Shaft end: Both ends of tube are simultaneously machined and chamfered
(c) Bearing: Single and double row deep groove ball bearing 2RZ and 2Z with C3 clearance
(d) Rubber: Heat vulcanization rubber. Wear resistant, anti-fire
(e) Seals: Grease retaining inner seal with multi-stage labyrinth and retention cap with outboard rubbing flinger seal
(f) Lubrication: Grease is lithium soap type grease with rust inhibitors
(g) Welding: Mixed gas shielded arc welding end
