Use two-sets activation wheels and two-sets tenderizing knives. Activation wheels make the meat fibre loose and waxy. Tenderizing knives make diced meat to increase surface several times, and not destroy size of diced meat. The efficiency of souse can be raised and the rate of manufacture can be improved. Meat structure will be improved.
