I. Aulen have 3 kinds of Strong bonding strength tooth adhesive, the details as below:
* Tenure universal bonding agent
* Tenure one universal bonding agent
* Tenure one plus self etching tooth adhesive
II. Instruction Strong bonding strength tooth adhesive:
Strong bonding strength tenure one adhesive is the “one bottle” primer/adhesive bonding system for dental restoration. it’s a universal bonding strength with direct or indirect restorations. Being applied to tooth surface, it penetrates small porosities of etched enamel and dentin tubules, therefore reduce the micro-leakage of restorations. Fluoride is released at the meanwhile to prevent recurrent caries. Strong bonding strength tenure one adhesive is used after tooth preparation and acid etching. Tenure one Plus is the 9th generation adhesive which doesn’t need acid etching. It has the same adhesive characteristics as strong bonding strength tenure one adhesive and should be applied to teeth surfaces after preparation. Both strong bonding strength tenure one adhesive and Tenure one plus have excellent bonding strength to enamel and dentin. They also have superior shelf life and can be stored without refrigeration. The average shear bond strength to Dentin and Enamel are 38-39 MPA.

V. Strong bonding strength tooth adhesive Directions
* Conventional tooth preparation.
* Acid etching the teeth surface with 37% phosphate acid gel for 20 seconds, rinse with clear water, blow dry with air.
* Apply one thin layer of strong bonding strength tenure one on booth surface, blow dry with air for 5 seconds. Being careful Not to fully thin the adhesive until obtaining a smooth glasslike layer. If not glasslike, apply a second layer of adhesive without scrubbing. Then think with air again. Light cure for 10 seconds.
If you use self Etching Tenure One Plus, then ignore the step 2, meaning no acid etching. Just following the following instruction.
* Clean freshly instrumented enamel and dentin with eater spray and then gently air, but leave the surface wet.
* Apply adhesive with a new brush, scrubbing 20 seconds.
* Remove solvent with medium air stream for 5 seconds, being careful not obtain a smooth glasslike layer. If not glasslike, apply a second layer of adhesive without scrubbing. Thin with air.
* Light-cure the adhesive for 10 seconds. Place composite and light cure in layers of 1-2mm.
