   Surgical suture needle with thread (nylon suture) is a kind of suture needle, which is made of high-quality stainless steel of medical application, firmly combining with nylon of medical application which chemic component is (OC-CH2-CH2-CH2-CH2-NH)n, applied to suture soft tissues on human body. It is smooth and has excellent penetrating performance.

2.  Character

Capability : Surgical suture needle with thread (silk suture) have perfect penetrate and tenacity character ,the needle body and suture body are with smooth surface . So it possesses such features as soft thread body, convenient tying, and strong tensile strength of thread body.

Tensile strength: Surgical suture needle with thread (silk suture) have more strong tensile strength than USP standard.

Absorbable : Non-absorbable

Biologic conformity: no stimulate ,no hypersusceptibility, no cell toxicity and no genetic toxicity .

Needle: round bodied, cutting ,spatula curved and so on, radian between 0 degree to 180 degree .

Suture: many colors .Suture diameter is USP8/0-2,suture length is 45cm-90cm..

   It is widely used in the departments of general surgery, gynaecology, maternity, urology, orthopaedics, ophthalmology, stomatology, etc.

In the early period, there is slight inflammation in the tissue.

7.  Precautions

1. It is prohibited to be used in tissues that need permanent support, such as bone connection etc.

2. The suture shall not be used when the pouch pack is damaged.

3. It is prohibited to be used out the expiry date .

1. Please choose the right suture needle according with operation.

2. Be cautious to old man, hidebound patient or slow wound concrescence.

3. It have been sterilized with inner package not be re-sterilized.

4. The suture is coated that tie a knot which the thrum not less than 0.5cm.

5. Please be carefully in operation prohibited to hurt the needle point ,cut and the connecting of suture needle .

6. It is prohibited to damnify the suture in operation such as pressure or contort suture.

7. Operate as rule avoid to goring in operation .

8. The castoff after operation would be dispose in order to prohibited hurt .

Surgical suture needle with thread (silk suture) should be keeping in the environment which has wetness less than 80%,no causticity gas and 25°C room temperature.

 It is guaranteed to safe use within 5 years of expiry date due to sterilization by Co-60.
