Features of galvanized steel coils

Have been rolled in the continuious cold-rolling mill and sent to the continuous hot-dip galvanizing lineto wash electrolytically, the strip is first to be annealed in a continuous annealing furnace and then dipped in the molten zinc pot for hot-dip galvannization. The product is finally turned out after passivation or skin-pass, stretcher leveling and appropriate means of treatement. The steel base is galvanized, because zinc can be formed amembrance in corroding enviroment. It has not only protected the zinc layer but also protected the steelbase. So its service life would be extended greatly. It has used with such trades as the architecture, electrical home appliances, automobile,receptacle, traffic,etc.

Tolerance : +2/0mm,thickness tolerance :+0.03/-0.03mm (or according to customers' request).
