1. Technical specification

2. House size and model

House size and model can be designed according to customer's requirements.

3. Assembling

Prepare and make all materials ready at factory, assemble in the destination country at site. For 100 square meter warehouse or workshop, it needs 4 workers to work for about 5 days.

4. Delivery time

After receiving 30 percent T/T deposit, we arrange the manufacturing. Consider about the project quantity, we calculate the time needed and the delivery time.

5. Payment terms

30% T/T deposit, 70% balance should be paid before shipment.

6. Load

For one 40 foot container, about 200 square meter prefab house can be loaded.

7. Package

In bags, or in bulk with plastic film to protect the paint.

8. Price
