KLIP-LOK is our premium and most popular roofing and walling profile. It has been widely used in many LYSAGHT projects over the years. It has outstanding wind pressures and rainfall intensity carrying capacities, and enables various design features at the same time.
System features:
- The original KL65 concealed clip installation system means no fasteners penetrate the profile, giving the system outstanding water tightness feature.
- Its 41mm high slim ribs provide strength,beauty and maximum rainfall intensity carrying capacity.
- KLIP-LOK offers on site processing service to get longer lengths on site, according to customers' project length requirement, avoiding endlaps caused by transportation limits on panel's length.
- Wide span, low pitch, KLIP-LOK is recommended down to a minimum roof pitch of 2(1 in 30 or 3%), if the purlins and the roof plane are perfectly aligned KLIP-LOK can be used for roof slopes as low as 1.
- The panel roll formed from improved clean COLORBOND steel or ZINCALUME steel, using high strength steel that improves spanning capability and reduces profile deformation.
- Its straight lines of the profile also remain clean and smooth appearance when it used as wall cladding.
- Advanced testing with New Pressurized Air Chamber proves the excellent wind uplift capacity of KLIP-LOK.
