5.Chain wheel surround loading was used for prestretching to make sure chain becoming more flexible, prestretching was loaded by using high-pressure hydro-cylinder. working pressure is around 0-3000kg and it can be manually adjusted according to different workmanship,  the machine can automatic stop if any chain was snap by machine during prestretching.(additional to pressure sensor)

6.Disassembling chain section was loaded by one unit of high pressure hydro-cylinder, working pressure is aroud 0-2000kg and can be manually adjusted according to different workmanship ,after disassemble chain section, chain axle and external chain board can be reused.

7.Main electric motor equip with  high sensitivity braking system, during assembly if machine have any failure or missing part was detected, and then the high sensitivity braking system should be activated immediately as a Fixed-point brake,  braking condition can effectively protect other parts which are easy to damage due to it is Zero inertia.
