The brief of the wet wall painting booth:

The articles those are to be painted will enter the Paint Spray Booth and will be coated with the help of Airless Automatic Paint Spray Guns mounted on Reciprocator on either side of the conveyor. This is followed by manual touch up stations.

The paint spray booth is Down Draught Water Wash type.  The booth is provided with water curtain on the back side of the article. The continuous water is flown over the wall the over sprayed paint is get mixed with this water and kills the paint particles. The booth is modular type and each module is provided with the separate tank. The common water circulation pump is provided for two modules – one manual and one auto. Thus two pumps are provided for water circulation in 4 tanks provided in the booth. This water is filtered and again pumped back to the booth. The blower is provided over the washing chamber where the paint particles are completely removed from the air which is to be exhausted from the booth. The air which thrown out of the booth contains thinner vapours.  The water tanks and water wall made out of SS 304 2.0 mm .While the enclosure is made in GI 1.0 mm thick material with powder coating from inside and outside. The MS structure is provided for the frame work.
