Single Coating Line

1. Raw Materials:

    Aluminum Coils: 1100H18, 3003H16 or 3003H18

    Coating Materials: PVDF, PE, AC

    Uncoiler - Jointer - Tension Test - Degrease - Washing - Chromising -

    Washing - Dryer - Drive - Coiler

3.2 Coating Line

    Uncoiler - Strip Jointer - Tension Test - Coating - Dryer - Balance - Drive - Coiler

    Particulars of Design: The pretreatment line and the coating line can function independently. And they can be connected to be an integrated pretreatment & coating line   

4. The designing principle:

     The line is designed according to the standard: line speed 20-25m/min, wideness: ≤1600mm, thickness: 0.03 - 0.50mm.
