Cooling band
is composed of cooling- sheeting rolls, artificial rubber band conveyor and crusher.
The discharge from extruder is sheeted by two rolls at thickness of 1-1.5mm. The sheeted material is then transported to crusher by the conveyor and continually cooled by refridgerated air.
The crushed chip material will be raw as it falls down to the hopper.
