1.Brief Introduction
Powder spraying coating machine series invented by Hanjiang machine company are specially designed for can manufacturer to cover the can body welding seam. Our company consults and adopts lots of the advanced powder spraying coating technology from abroad, which makes the machine to own novel structure, high system reliability, easy to operate feature, wide application, high capability and cost performance. It also uses lots of importing control components, such as, the pneumatic component from Japan SMC company, the PLC programmable controller from Japan Omlon Company and the touching terminal control component, all of which make the system more stable and reliable.
The machine use the static to spray the plastic powder onto the welding seam on the can body, then the plastic powder is heated to be melted down by the drying oven to form a plastic protective film (polyester or epoxy resin). The powder spraying coating adopts the static absorbing theory to make the plastic protective film cover the welding seam surface equably and completely by following its surface shape, so the welding seam will be protected from eroded by the can content. Meanwhile the plastic powder has the inherent characteristic of high resistance to all kinds of chemical solvent and sulfur, acid, high protein inside the food, which makes the powder spraying applied to various kinds of can contents. The remaining powder after spray coating can call back and be used cyclically to make a high utilization rate. Due to the advantages mentioned above, our powder spraying coating machine is the most ideal spraying coating machine currently.
