 2---Technical process:

      decoiling→ shearing→ seaming→ deburring→ (inlet loop) skimming→ (alkali spraying→ alkali   washing →water spraying→ water washing → drying)→ chemical coating→ drying→ primary coating→ curing→ cooling→ fine  coating→ → curing→ cooling→ (outlet loop)→ examining→ shearing→ coiling

 3---Main features of the line:

    a. The use of loop can effectively reduce the negative influence the production line has made on the plate shape.

     b.The setting of coating machine and chemical coating drying oven has enhanced effectively the adhension of the steel plate surface and coating.

     c.The drying road of the curing furnace is made of stainless steel, with small thermal inertia.

     d. Curing furnace works by burning the liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) or natural gas. The maximum temperature is 450 inside and 250 of the plate. The temperature  can be controlled automatically according to the coating and plate thickness.

     e. The curing furnace is equipped with many systems, including  hot air cirulating system, fresh air adding system, solvent and exhaust emissing system, waste gas bunring and afterheat recovery system, temperature automatic control system.
