Features and Functions:
1. The machine is simply for cutting of all sorts of curtain fabric,with the engery of ultrasonic,so that all advantages of ultrasonic cutting is within this machine,including auxiliary edge smoothing,no fluffy and burnning.and the cutting accuracy is in 1mm.
2. The whole system uses MCU as core,remote-controlable, highly automatically in faric feeding and returnning,clamp rising and falling,blade running and stopping and ultrasonic system switch.
3. there’s a fabric inductor attached the blade system,which automatically monitoring the fabric width,by sending signal to MCU while fabric detected .The max cutting width is 3.2m,and if the fabric width is less,the MCU no longer receive signals from inductor while the fabric is broken and beyond the fabric,and give out a restriction that stop and return the blade.So that the unnecessary cutting range and loss could be avoided.
