Machine description:
The equipment is combined pre-tightening frame structure. It is composed of body, oil cylinder, hydraulic system, electric control system and lubrication system.
Body
The body is composed of upper beam, gliding block, working table (lower beam), column, push-rods, locking nuts and others. The frame is formed by upper beam, working table, column through push-rods and locking nuts at a pre-tightening condition. The main oil cylinder and return cylinder is installed on the upper beam, the plunger of oil cylinder connects to the gliding block for driving gliding block to move at an up-and-down direction against the column which is as guiding.
The equipment has an excellent guiding system of gliding block for a best capacity of anti-eccentric loading. It is with heat-expansion X type guide rail.
The limiting displacement of gliding block is considered in the design for preventing from breaking away from cylinder.
Upper beam
The upper beam is made of steel plate of steel grade Q235-A by welding in the protective gas of carbon dioxide, it is aging treated and stress-relief treated after welding. Main oil cylinder and return oil cylinder is installed on the upper beam. The filling tank is installed on the top of upper beam.
