Hot-dip Galvanizing Line is to put the plate coil into the zinc pot and get it galvanized by dipping after rolling,annealing and degreasing.The conduct the process of finishing ,passivation,oil coating. Hot-dip galvanizing plate can be divided as normal hot-dip galvanizing plate and hot rolling galvanizing plate.We provided hot-dip galvanizing line with American -Steel -Union process,which can produce sheet with small spangles or without spangles.The product has good performance of corrosion resistance and coating adhesion,used widely for manufacture of automobile,household electric appliance,building construction and base plate for color coating etc.
