Rolling process service

The product indicated at the photo here is one of parts of water turbine, named "Stational ring" which is approach to 1.5metric tones with max. diameter 3m, 0.7m high and 40mm thick. The ring is low alloy steel plate. It is rolling on 3000mmX60mm rolling machine. After rolled, the ring will be welded. The ring is produced strictly in accordance with our custom engineering design drawings and technical specification.
