Coil Plate Straightening Machine
The machine is mainly used as uncoiling, straightening gauging cross-cutting to length and stackingwork with high processing speed and accuracy.
1) Simply straightening machine
(1)Function: Straightening the plate and leading to the next processing operation.
(2) Machinery structure: Consist by 7 levelling rollers, driving device, 2 nip rollers and machine rack; all the rolls are supporting by bearings.
(3) Nip rolls: 2 rollers, the upper roll surface wrapping by PU plastic; Turbine can lift elastically; the lower roll surface wrapping by hot hard chromium plating.
(4) Levelling rolls: 7 rollers (the upper 3 rollers, the lower 4 rollers), diameterφ550mm,material SUJ2, hardening and tempering, surface grinding by hard chromium plating, twice grinding.
(5)Drive mode:The entire Rollers&Wheels linking with gear box by independent universal cruciform adapter connector.
2)Precision Straightening machine
(1)Function:Straightening the coil plate and leading to the next processing operation.
(2)Machinery structure: Consist by 17 precision levelling rollers, driving device, 2 nip rollers, 2 Cut to Length rollers,driving device and machine rack.
(3)Nip rolls: 2 rollers, the upper roll surface wrapping by PU plastic; lifting by Worm-gear case with mechanical spring; the lower roll surface wrapping by hot hard chromium plating.
(4)Levelling rollers: 17 rollers (the upper 8 rollers, the lower 9 rollers), diameter φ36mm,material SUJ2, hardening and tempering, surface grinding by hard chromium plating, twice grinding.
(5)Supporting rollers: 19 rollers (the upper 9 rollers, the lower 10 rollers), diameter φ50mm, material 40Cr, hardening and tempering.
(6)Cut to Length rollers: 2 rollers, the upper roll surface wrapping by PU plastic; lifting by Worm-gear case with mechanical spring; the lower roll surface plating by hot hard chromium,it used to Cut to length.
(7)Drive mode: Driving by AC5.5KW SERVOR motor.
(8)Lifting type: Synchronization Lfting by motor.
(9)Controlling system: Using PLC human-computer interface, Touch screen, and the CNC controlling.
